Machining

The most versatility alongside Kaupp’s quality, speed, and accuracy of production.

Custom CNC Machining Services

From prototype to production… with computer programming for stringent tolerances.

Some of our craftsmen have worked with these machines for over 25 years, giving them the experience needed to meet your required tolerances. Our metal craftsmen combine their expertise to make suggestions if your tolerances limit cost effectiveness.

Our custom CNC machining team also takes accountability for each of the pieces they create with thorough inspections each step of the way. We never compromise our quality and accuracy, but manage our machine shifts well for short lead times and quick turn arounds.

As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified manufacturer, we ensure our products meet the highest standards.

The Custom CNC Machining & Milling Process

Several factors go into estimating the lead time on a milling project including the loading and unloading time of the metal, as well as the cut time. Our metal craftsmen understand the timeliness of your projects and will give you a quality, accurate piece with a great turn around. With the clean cuts of a milling machine, many pieces will not need post-process work unless being joined to another part.

Best Metals for Milling and CNC Cutting

Milling can work on most metals, including aluminum, titanium, and steel.

Our metal craftsmen can help you select the best material for your custom CNC machining project during the prototype phase. You’ll want a good surface finish for your piece, usefulness and longevity of the tool, less force and wear to the milling machine, and simple cleanup. As you move towards the final product, we’ll have the history and tools needed to complete the project accurately and quickly.

Aircraft CNC Machining

These two processes have many similarities: using high pressure, the metal forms to the shape of the mold. With metal spinning, the finished shape needs to be symmetrical. But deep drawing allows for complex shapes and squares.
